Facilities in the Department
Special facilities are as under:
· 25 bedded modern PICU with round the clock SRs
· 12 bedded FBNC unit
· 20 bedded Thalassemia/Hematoncology ward
· 9 bedded MNTC unit
· 9 bedded Day care centre
· 135 bedded NICU with 25 ventilators & round the clock SRs
· Emergency unit comprise of PHOD beds, Swine flu-8 and causality beds-12.
· Newborn screening labs.

· An integrated teaching schedule for postgraduates and undergraduates as per MCI guidelines is generated every month and followed strictly with attendance.
· Log book of postgraduates is maintained and updated regularly
· Plan and thesis are approved by institutional research review board regularly
